Administrative Assistant, Part-Time, Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E

Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Director. High-level confidentiality is required for access to database housing personal contact information of community residents. The administrative assistant for Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E. will have a positive attitude and possess the ability to work independently. This position will play a critical role in supporting the H.O.P.E. director in administrative functions.

Financial Empowerment Center Hiring Financial Counselors

Greater Syracuse H.O.P.E has partnered with Home Headquarters in Syracuse to initiate a Center For Financial Empowerment in the city of Syracuse. The Financial Empowerment Center (FEC) program aims to improve the financial stability of City of Syracuse households by providing high-quality, one-on-one financial education and counseling to low-income residents. Empowerment Centers are located in areas with high concentrations of poverty and financial distress. FEC Counselor's must participate in a rigorous and prescribed training program. Upon completion, Counselors must complete a test and all necessary field work and pass all requirements within 3-months of employment.
